Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Topiko Business Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Disblay mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, "Disblay" or "the Service"). Disblay is a business management application for Indian merchants. By using Disblay you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information, all of which are used to provide and improve the Service:

We do not use Google's Advertising ID. We do not collect or store payment card details — payments are handled directly by Razorpay (see Section 4).

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain Disblay.
  • To create and manage your merchant account and business profile.
  • To process subscription payments (via Razorpay).
  • To send transactional notifications (order updates, subscription renewals, security alerts).
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

4. Third-party services we share data with

We share limited information with the following processors, only as required to deliver the services described in Section 3. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Each of these processors operates under their own privacy policies. We have entered into data-processing agreements with them that require them to handle your data securely and only for the purposes listed above.

5. How we collect information

  • Directly from you, when you create an account, fill in your business profile, upload product images, or use Service features.
  • Automatically, when you use the Service (device model, OS version, crash logs, push notification token).
  • From Razorpay, when you complete a subscription payment (transaction status only; we never receive your full card or UPI credentials).

6. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your Disblay account is active. If you request deletion (see Section 8), we will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax-related records under Indian financial regulations are kept for the legally mandated period).

7. Security

  • All network traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
  • Passwords and M-PINs are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing; we cannot read them.
  • Access to production data is limited to authorised Topiko personnel.
  • We monitor for unauthorised access and security incidents.

8. Your rights — including account deletion

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information (you can edit most fields directly in the app).
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for optional data uses.
  • Lodge a complaint with us or with the appropriate data-protection authority.

How to delete your account

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email getdisblay@gmail.com from your registered email address. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Some records (for example, tax invoices and subscription records) may be retained for the period required by Indian law, but will be anonymised so they cannot be linked back to you.

9. Children's privacy

Disblay is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us at getdisblay@gmail.com.

10. International data transfers

Our servers and backend infrastructure are primarily located in India. Some processors listed in Section 4 (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging) may store data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The Disblay mobile application does not use cookies. Our website (disblay.com) uses essential cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Post the new version at this URL.
  • If the changes are material, notify you by email or in-app message before the changes take effect.
